These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of JuturnaReport and the juturnalab.com website, operated by Juturna Labs LLC (“Juturna Labs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing, installing, or using JuturnaReport, you agree to these Terms.

Nature of the Software

JuturnaReport is a desktop application for vulnerability triage and report generation. It runs locally on your computer. All data you create, import, or manage within JuturnaReport is stored exclusively on your local machine. Juturna Labs does not host, access, process, store, transmit, or have any visibility into your application data. We do not operate servers that receive your working data. There is no cloud component, no sync service, and no telemetry that sends your data to us or any third party.

Your Responsibility for Data and Output

You are solely and entirely responsible for all data you enter into JuturnaReport and all output the application produces. This includes, without limitation:

  • The accuracy, completeness, and correctness of vulnerability findings, severity ratings, descriptions, and remediation guidance
  • The accuracy of client information, engagement details, and project data
  • The content, accuracy, and completeness of all generated reports, including executive summaries, technical findings, and recommendations
  • Verifying that imported scanner data (Nessus format) has been parsed and represented correctly
  • Ensuring that reports and deliverables meet the requirements of your clients, employers, or regulatory obligations
  • Compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, industry standards, and contractual obligations related to the security assessments you perform and the reports you produce

JuturnaReport is a tool that assists with organizing and presenting information. It does not independently verify vulnerability data, validate scanner output, confirm severity ratings, or guarantee the accuracy of any content. You must review all output before relying on it or delivering it to any third party.

Disclaimer of Liability for Data Accuracy

Juturna Labs is not responsible for any errors, omissions, inaccuracies, or misrepresentations in the data you enter or the reports JuturnaReport generates. Because Juturna Labs never sees, accesses, or processes your data, we have no ability to verify its accuracy and bear no responsibility for it.

Without limiting the foregoing, Juturna Labs is not liable for:

  • Incorrect vulnerability severity ratings or categorizations
  • Missing or incomplete findings in generated reports
  • Errors introduced during data import from third-party scanners
  • Mischaracterization of risk in executive summaries or technical details
  • Decisions made by you or any third party based on reports generated with JuturnaReport
  • Any consequences arising from the delivery of reports to your clients, employers, regulators, or other recipients
  • Data loss resulting from hardware failure, corruption, or loss of your master password

License and Payment

Your use of JuturnaReport is governed by the License Agreement. Purchases are processed through LemonSqueezy. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase. Details on license activation, machine limits, and offline use are described in the License Agreement.

Intellectual Property

JuturnaReport, including its source code, design, documentation, and branding, is the property of Juturna Labs LLC. Your license grants you the right to use the software, not to copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or distribute it.

Content you create within JuturnaReport (reports, findings, templates, and other data) belongs to you. Juturna Labs claims no ownership of your content and, as stated throughout these Terms, has no access to it.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Juturna Labs LLC, its owner, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use JuturnaReport, regardless of the theory of liability.

Our total cumulative liability to you for all claims arising from or related to JuturnaReport shall not exceed the amount you paid for your license in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

This limitation applies to, without limitation:

  • Loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities
  • Errors or inaccuracies in reports or application output
  • Service interruptions, software bugs, or application crashes
  • Inability to validate your license in offline or air-gapped environments
  • Any third-party claims arising from your use of reports generated by JuturnaReport

Disclaimer of Warranties

JuturnaReport is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. Juturna Labs disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.

Juturna Labs does not warrant that JuturnaReport will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or suitable for any particular use case. You acknowledge that no software is free of defects and that you are responsible for determining whether JuturnaReport is suitable for your needs.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Juturna Labs LLC, its owner, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use of JuturnaReport
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Reports or deliverables you produce using JuturnaReport
  • Your violation of any third-party rights or applicable laws
  • Any claims by your clients, employers, or other third parties related to work product created with JuturnaReport

Termination

Juturna Labs may terminate your license if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease using JuturnaReport and destroy all copies. Termination does not affect your local data, which remains on your machine and under your control, as Juturna Labs has no access to it.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of JuturnaReport after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
