Overview

The Dashboard is the first screen after unlocking JuturnaReport. It gives you a cross-engagement view of your current workload — active engagements, finding counts by severity, triage pipeline status, and recent activity.

Navigate to Dashboard from the left sidebar at any time.

Metric Cards

Six summary cards appear across the top of the dashboard:

Card What It Shows
Total Clients Count of all client records; click to go to the Clients view
Active Engagements Engagements currently in progress
Total Scans All imported scans across all engagements
Total Findings All findings across all scans; click to go to the Findings view
Pending Emails Findings with status “Send to Client” waiting in the queue; click to go to the Email Queue
Emails Sent Total findings emailed to clients

Charts

Severity Breakdown

A horizontal bar chart showing finding counts grouped by severity across all scans:

  • Critical (red)
  • High (orange)
  • Medium (yellow)
  • Low (green)
  • Informational (blue)

Each bar is labeled with the count. Use this to quickly assess your overall risk exposure across all active work.

Triage Status

A horizontal bar chart showing how findings are distributed across triage states:

  • Untriaged
  • Investigating
  • Send to Client
  • Emailed

A large Untriaged count is a signal to spend time on the Triage Workflow.

Recent Scans

The Recent Scans panel lists the five most recently imported scans with:

  • Scan name
  • Associated client and engagement
  • Import date
  • Host count and finding count

Click any scan to navigate directly to its engagement.

Recent Activity

The Recent Activity panel shows the ten most recent events across the application:

  • Scan imports — when a new .nessus file was imported
  • Email sends — when a finding was emailed to a client

Each entry shows a timestamp and a short description. Activity is shown in reverse chronological order.

Refreshing Data

Click the Refresh button (top-right of the dashboard) to reload all dashboard data from the database. The button shows a spinning icon while fetching. Use this after completing a bulk triage operation to see updated chart values.
